TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing and using STROSEN's services, purchasing our industrial feed processing equipment, or engaging with our company in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all users, customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners of Henan STROSEN Industrial Co., Ltd.

STROSEN provides detailed specifications for all industrial feed processing equipment. While we strive for accuracy, specifications may be subject to change without prior notice due to continuous product improvement and innovation.

Product performance metrics, including 30% efficiency improvements and 8000+ hours durability, are based on standardized testing conditions and may vary depending on actual usage environments and operating conditions.

All orders are subject to acceptance by STROSEN. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or credit approval issues.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability, customization requirements, and shipping destination to our 50+ served countries. STROSEN is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. International shipping terms follow Incoterms 2020 standards as agreed in the sales contract.

All intellectual property rights in STROSEN products, including designs, patents, trademarks, and technical documentation, remain the exclusive property of Henan STROSEN Industrial Co., Ltd.

Customers may not reverse engineer, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary designs or technical specifications without written authorization from our engineering team.

STROSEN's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products during the warranty period. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to loss of profits, production downtime, or business interruption.

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or related transactions shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

STROSEN reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date clearly indicated.

Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will provide reasonable notice to existing customers.
